SEPT 4th 1998 I went back Full BULL and thats on record.. I did not turn back bearish until April 14th this year, but even since then I have gone short term long, Hell I held the UOPIX for almost a week from 5/24 to 5/28 and it's leveraged long 2x on the ndx. So I don't feel like some perma bear, and even Friday I bought the NDX (QQQ) on margin no less ( for about an hour ) <G> Hit it for a half a point too. A lot of the way I say things may make me look more bearish than I am. I sold the USPIX to soon,( short 2x the NDX ) but I was getting out of it not so much because I expect any lasting turn around just that I think I can do better bouncing in and out of short/long positions with out it. What happens when I'm in it if an up day does come my long bets only offset it's loss in NAV, when I added them up I could see going full margin I could beat either Fund with my bets both long or short. If we truly get into a strong trend instead of this upsidedown go nowhere fast market I may use them again. I am often beside myself as I look at the level of corruption in the market, and have no doubt one day we will pay a big price for that, but I'm not about to say when as I don't think any one outside the money monkey fraternity will know except by luck. Jim PS how u like the new title I gave them criminal parasites from now on I'll just call em the MMF, or maybe the MFMMF..
