I think your conclusion is correct regarding FP however I think INT will be a different story. Coppermine will likely match K7 in INT or slightly beat it.

It seems to me that the big question for integer performance will be MHz. It will be very interesting to see how rapidly K7 moves up to the 700 MHz mark.
