Trans-Global Interactive relisting Tuesday 15 June.
  ASX:TGLDA (DA indicates delayed settlement) VSE:TGW NASDAQ:TGRB (formerly Trans-Global resources VSE:TGA NASDAQ:TGBRY)
Trans-Global is relisting after acquiring interests in several casino/gaming entities:
  1. Internet casino gambling TGL/TGW has acquired 30% of the rights to all revenue generated by gambling software developed by the unlisted GET group. GET have developed java-based software with banking facilities for Blackjack, Keno, Poker, Slots, Roulette and Baccarat. Caribbean Stud Poker, Sic-Bo, Pai-Gow, Craps and Video Poker are nearing completion. GET is based in Australia (http://www.usa.getsystems.com beware it's java based and it may look like windows has crashed while it's loading). Australia is currently preparing and implementing legislation (Tasmania, Queensland, Northern Territory and ACT legislation is enacted) permitting internet gambling with regulations including including full player identification processes, financial transaction auditing and records and software validation. GET software is currently being validated by the authorities and if successful would be one of the first developers of online casino gaming software to have its products validated by a Western government. GET has also applied for an online casino licence in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and if granted TGL/TGW will have 30% of revenue generated. The software is also used by Federal Hotels (a large Australian casino company but revenue excluded from the deal) and Christchurch casino, part of the UK based, worldwide Aspinall casino group, with whom GET have "a strong working relationship".
  2. Celebweb-online gaming channel TGL/TGW acquired 50% of GET interactive which has 42.5% in a US joint venture to create a digital TV gaming channel, Celebweb.
  3. TGL/TGW has 51% of First AU strategies (formerly West African Gold VSE:WAG) which has acquired all of GET's right, title and interest in intellectual property for interactive and on-line multiplayer pay to play chess games, and is establishing a chess portal.
TGL/TGW has a further A$1-1.5 million for "potential new acquisitions of complementary technologies". There is a great deal of interest in TGL/TGW's relisting, further info can be obtained from the SI TGA forum. Subject 13471
