Jack, The report has a lot of good points and bad. No consideration is given for what is pending. What we feel is going to happen is a unknown to them as well as a risk. Reports such as this rely on what has happened not what could happen. There are to many solid investments to recomend and this is how these people build up a following to sell their reports . Most probably when IDC settles some issues they as well as many others will recomend. Many investors are not afraid to buy on the way up because it's clear the direction is up. On the other hand there's companies like CMGI that have done their DD and invested in many issues on the ground floor which has given CMGI share holders a 1700% increase in their stock .
