Are you old enough to remember what a 1960's house looked like and the appliances it had as well as furnishings compared to a 1990's house?? Same is true of Autos, and nearly everything else. I can remember when 1,000sf was huge now its considered SUBSTANDARD . You can manipulate figures to show anything, but I suggest that anyone paying any attention consider if they would like to go back to the 60's. JDN
