I'll just toss out a couple of points that I picked up while there. I will probably go back next week to further clarify and become more educated. I may have a couple of other points as I further digest what I have learned.

These folks have finished their initial work with the equipment and are preparing in short order to focus on the marketing aspect. There are further enhancements they want to add but feel they have progressed far enough to begin full marketing. Initial financing has been done and further is being shortly anticipated to enable the company to drive their business and marketing model at full speed. US Surgical has given their blessings and wants now to blow this thing out.

It is anticipated the company may be crossing into profitability around the first of the year. I have thoughts on this but want to clarify this before making comment. It looks to be something that should have the potential of attainment with the proper execution and the company seems to have the plan laid out for implementation. Action within this area will be of primary interest to me as I am sure to all.

The positive responses to their equipment and delivery system by the test hospitals has been very reassuring. Further acceptance throughout the medical industry need be accomplished by setting up a sales and support system to make contact and explain the system. SURG has a plan for this also and it seems to be something they can quickly attain also with the funding and desire to succeed which is rampant throughout the organization.

This is something that looks to me that it can nearly sell itself due to the information transfer system that is being made available and the various reporting capabilities included. This looks to be something the hospitals and other facilities have needed for a very long time. I would expect the interest will be very high as this system accomplishes several missions necessary to the medical industry at a nice cost savings and we all know how interesting saving expenditures is to the corporate entity.

I'll report further as I learn the various terminologies and further learn the business and marketing models.

Something else as a personal note.

I was very pleased to find the corporate officers friendly and not standoffish. They seemed to be honestly desirous to tell the story in a truthful and open manner. This was very refreshing.

They seem to have pursued the needed financing in a manner not harmful to the shareholder and look to have the investors best interests in constant consideration. I felt they genuinely are going to do everything possible to enhance shareholder value which, of course, is in their best interest also. Something else very refreshing.

They have indicated they have put a lot of thought into the service and execution aspect of the product. With follow through and the indications of anticipation of rapid development over the next few months, their goals could be attained. Putting in place the sales system with the support mechanism as explained to me will be the first major step.

Do your own DD and make your decisions based upon that. Clarifications always welcome.

As always, my opinion, good luck to all,

Bob
