It is my understanding that the "thing" that is really "holding down" the price of this stock is the fact there is currently no approval yet for the payment of this treatment through Medicare and of course, based upon the foregoing, no insurance company reimbursement.
If this "hurdle" could be overcome, the company would be much more valuable.
Additionally, the large amount of stock outstanding acts as a "lid" on the movement of the stock.
