Hi C, The technology is pretty new (..please read post #6..)...., and go through the press releases, etc. As soon as the FDA does the "..Greenspan-thing..", or actually mandates the use of these freshness detectors - the BIGGIES will be all over COXT like flies on a dumpster.... I reiterate, I own some; but, it ain't my retirement stock. I like new technologies that "..haven't.." been discovered yet, don't you! It's got terrific upside potential (if you've ever had a dose of food poisoning or got "..diebellypcukus.." (Uncle Faye's term [Iowa]) from eating some-not-so fresh food. Regards, John
