Joe I don't know what to make of your post "Its party time"? Either it is a "plant" (jerk-off job) by whomever sent it to you or we are in really serious trouble with rampant incompetence on the part of Novell's management. I would like to know who and how someone on AOL got the information on Saturday that the Annual Shareholders meeting was being postponed until May. I hope it is because a pending merger or buy-out. I was looking on I think it was dbc.com today and cames across the company General Magic's (GMGC) stock having hit a 52 week low of $1 1/4. I remembered that this was a company that ex-Novell officer Steve Markman had jumped ship to last year. I looked at Gen. Magic's SEC filings and noted that there have been several 13G-A filings in Feb. notably one was Sony taking a stake and Motorola. If anyone has an opinion on this company's ability to survive and Steve Markman. Please feel free to post it. I was looking through the 52 week highs and lows and noticed that Novell was there and Spyglass. I guess Microsoft has not done Spyglass any favors relative to their dispute over royalty payments. I also noticed that on yahoo quote under research that Novell dropped another notch in ratings from 2.8 to 2.9. 1 being a buy and 5 an outright sell. There were no analysts recommending Novell as a buy. To Reginald: What is the status of that SEC filing you have been analyzing? I hope I got that right that you were the one looking into this matter.
