It's sad that the people of Russia must be ruled by incompetent, worthless crooks. Russia is no more than a poverty stricken, large third world nation, with great, but wasted natural resources. They couldn't do anything constructive towards peace in the Balkans, except for a small peace keeping force in Bosnia, so now they send 200 Russian soldiers, aka comedians, into Pristina. At least we know that these great soldiers know how to drive. <g>
