Wetherel .... all pretenders to the Buffet throne. >> dude, you've lost your mind. wish i could "pretend" as well as billy gates and the bunch. could use a spare 74 billion... as far as your predictions, i don't know if these were your first warnings to these poor, beleaguered stockholders, but i doubt it. the proverbial "even a stopped clock is right 2 times a day..." as far as dell, i came relatively late to the party - early 98. still am up more than 100% counting stock and premiums from all the naked puts i sold. these were with very low margin requirements...could have withstood 100% assignment and a 50%+ drop and avoided the margin man...esp with my hedges in place...this ain't to brag, just saying that even those of us who invested in the super techs later in their cycle are still profiting, even with the "doomsday" bear market that is upon us... btw looking to sell some serious jan00 90 and 100 puts on cmgi at these levels...
