Hi. William: Under the new OTC:BB reporting rules, I am wondering whether these micro companies are obliged to do FULL reporting in order to maintain their BB status (or else be banished to the pink sheets) or just some partial reporting. In other words , do they have to report as thoroughly as Nasdaq reporting companies? Also, would you agree that no one should even consider a pink sheet company now? Thanks....C
