Does anyone know the terms of the April99 $800,000 private placement?
(As one recently burned by TSIG's PP, I'm a little tentative on hitting stocks with an undisclosed PP)

The history of this former HCAI shell is moderate imo for an OTC. (neither bad nor good)
Graph look reasonable (both HCAI and BIZR,,,,yeah I know HCAI assets/management are no longer a part of BIZR). Be prepared for this stock to follow the bouncing ball,,,I expect some rockets and some flame-outs on stock price. IMO, sell the news and buy the bottoms seems a good strategy on this one especially.
BIZR looks promising, but expect shallow, squeemish investors (much like myself at times) to love success oriented PR's, as well as veer away from the stock on PR's like the last one (Just mentioning talks on meeting with FTC or any investigation is a sure turnoff,,,good thing they're getting through their discussions now, rather than after a nice runup in the stock.)
Conclusion: Aside from not knowing the terms of the PP, you caught this one at the right time,,,,,early, and relatively low. Expect declining prices until the next positive PR (sans FTC, etc.) Overall I think 7/8-1 3/4 is a good buyin price for the patient, and of course any price just before good news.
