I heard of a situation in one refinery where a small control panel with 15 processor chips in it was isolated.....when the date was moved forward, 12 chips failed because they had clocks on them and they were not supposed to have clocks, nor did they need clocks....it had to do with the chip factory.....when a chip is made, it just put a clock on it as it was part of the manufacturing process!!How many billion more rogue chips are out there and where???
