I think you may have been referring to my Yahoo post on AHP buyout. I wouldn't consider it a rumor but open speculation on my part. I have no info that indicates a buyout is pending. I was more concerned about the possibility of it happening and whether DRMD had any safeguards that would kick in if a hostile takeover were attempted. I hope DRMD isn't bought out, but I would expect a hefty price for my shares if it happened. It just looks like it would be a perfect fit for AHP and I don't believe that anti-trust would be a problem. If AHP bought out Duramed I would assume that Premarin would be "put out to pasture" since they don't make any money off it anyhow.
