Joe: It's an S&P Monthly News Publication available to the industry which Fidelity Investments puts its stamp on and encloses same with their Statements. The Cos. involved are not microcaps and the ratings range from 3 to 4 star. They give VISX a first time 5 star rating with a B- quality signifying an "appealing speculation". No other LV stocks are shown as is the case of most rating services. Value Line now shows VISX and with a no. 1 rating on the buy side. One can't find much info from any premier reporters on these small one function cos. as yet which is sort of a real advantage for the small independent investor IMO. Angler
