Waldy, I believe that Kramer's family's interest in TMM was settled as part of the bankruptcy agreements and is no longer an issue. Certainly Tom and those close to TMM in the past have some emotional issues they are working through as a result of the discovery but they also have their financial butts tied up in TMM's future so I expect them to keep moving forwards towards wrapping up some of these rumored deals. It would make a great plot for an X-files episode though :-) Bruce
