Keoki...Your appraisal and advice is very level-headed. Those who have not performed their own DD should probably follow it. Bottom line is that this is an OTCBB stock with its attendant risk/rewards.

I believe there are legitimate reasons explaining why POKR & AVIA didn't merge. Suffice it to say, many of the reasons were outside of the control for those who were trying to put it together. It didn't happen and now it's no longer needed.

Yes, there are a lot of questions about BBN. When more is revealed, and I believe this will happen in the near future, more confidence will be generated that the IPO will occur, IMO. Until then, it is very difficult to argue against your advice judging from POKR's track record over the last several years.

However, I am also a long investor with a cost basis a little below yours. I firmly believe that the IPO will happen. I also believe that these are major players orchestrating the current events and have the wherewithal to pull it off. My read on a new investor thinking about dipping his toes into this one has the downside that his investment may lose about 1/2 of its value if the IPO never occurs, whereas he will score a 3-bagger if it does. Everyone has different tolerances for risk. The risk will obviously decline as BBN makes itself known better, but the stock price will proportionately rise so some of the advantage will be lost.

I just offer this to balance your views from a long time investor.
