I guess you bought a little early. Better than buying too late.
And yikes...I guess you missed all my table pounding on AMZN 2 Decembers ago.
One technical method I use to assess whether CUBE's target will remain intact is to just monitor the 89, 3, 5 stochastics. If it stays out of oversold (any value below 20), it's fine. The time frame on the 89, 3, 5 is long enough that to see it go oversold would most likely mean the supply/demand dynamic evidenced by the MIMBO would no longer be in place.
One thing that could telegraph that in advance would be for the 13, 8, 8 stochastics to go oversold and fail an attempted move out of that range while the 89, 3, 5 starts accelerating toward oversold (say from a value of 50) That way you don't have to stretch your brain in assessing the myriad of fundamental currents...the market will do it for you.
