At launch most K7's will be down binned.

The K7 is yielding very well in the 600Mhz bin. I don't think AMD was expecting to do this well to be quite honest with you. And yes I have heard privately (but not at the pool ;) ) that there have been 800Mhz capapble parts come of the line. When I say confirmed I mean I have asked several people in the know and everyone of them has confirmed it.
