That's not true. The results have been reported but just not by press release. For the nine months ending Dec 31,98 they had revenue of $309,871 and a gross margin on that revenue of $150,304.

The information is out there. Do some research before you start slamming this company. Note - Those are 9 month figures, unaudited but that is almost always the case except for year end data. Also the casino was not open for the entire 9 months.

Now they have upgraded their software, revenues should increase. Also Albert's Parlour is a profitable off-track betting site.

Point is, you shouldn't slam what you either don't know or don't understand.

If you have any technical questions about this firm, please ask and I will give you the facts.

Regarding the stock flucuations, demand and supply run the market and this is a speculative stock, therefore like most spec stocks they do run 25-50 and even 100%+ up and then down again. That is the nature of the spec stocks. Look at Amazon. Some say its not Spec but it is because without solid fundamentals backing up the Value, the OSC, SEC and other securities regulators say it is. Why would a reputable company like Merrill Lynch's credit department reduce margin limits if it was not risky?

When (or if) this company starts showing a profit you will start to see more stability in its price.
