Ensign provides real time P&F charting of sorts. I am not sure it fills all the rules of P&F. The software is very good and its support is the best in the business. They can turn a request in a day or two sometimes. It works on DTN, Signal, BMT.

I tend to use RENKO, KAGI, and 3 step in MSWIN to look at EOD for that type of analysis, I don't use MSWIN RT. MSWIN would have it with their RT version but they use signal data. Window on Wallstreet would have it too, in their RT version.
