I'm expecting a better week with NPEC. I believe many will start to accumulate after selling at higher levels. Even though many have been disappointed that news has not come out as expected I do think that most followers believe that there is news coming that will take this stock back up to higher into the 20's again at a minimum. We are getting close. A news release could happen at any time. I am told that there are some long term buyers that have been buying at these lower levels trying not to cause upward pressure on the stock so that they can pick up cheap shares. All in all we are close to the new base if not already there. This is a good buying opportunity. Good luck to all on Monday... Errick
