I prefer to get books from the Library, too. But I will shell out for new books by authors I like, and reference books. New hardback books are going to be discounted by maybe 30% at local stores, so that's another reason why not to buy Internet. I have mentioned that on the way to my office I pass a Supercrown, Barnes&Noble, Walden, and Border's every day, I would rather go in and browse and feel the merchandise before I buy.

My husband does by CDs over the Net, but he likes offbeat stuff, hard to find in stores.
