Major power? Russia can't even pay their soldiers or provide toilet paper for their people. Unfortunately these Russian goons have a nuclear arsenal. Other than that we have to recognize Russia for what it is, a poor third world nation blessed with rich natural resources run by corrupt, incompetent goons.
