Interesting Kurt as AAPL's last proxy voted change of control protections

>>"Would small amounts of insider holdings make AAPL more attractive to a suitor?"<<

On a merger (partnership) , Don Crabb may be a little premature considering the DOJ hasn't "won" yet .

AAPL cast MSFT as a monopoly by presenting the futility of introducing a competing "OS" , and Moody's recently confirmed that by its "non-compete" warning .

AAPL definitely needs a partner . If its IBM they (IBM) probably would question the largesse of the NeXTonian's converted options and for sure new VP Cook's .

AAPL's change of control option protections may have been in anticipation but insider selling and particurly new Boardmember Drexel's filing seems strange .

All things considered maybe these AAPL insiders just can't control their greed ... or maybe they are just being nice and helping shareholders who wrote calls now in danger of being "called" ;>)
