Afrayem, the financials are current and accurate. Remember, they were just filed a couple of weeks ago. All the company has to do is provide the back-up to the financials. That will be done this week. Then the 15c2-11's should be able to be filed. From what I understand there are at least 3 MM's who are ready to file as soon as they get the info.

There shouldn't be any major delay if any, for the stock to be trading.
