OK phillip,, <What impact do you think the PP [(assuming that a maximum of $ 5.2 million of the
PP is used) will have on (1) share price of TSIG and (2) outstanding shares ?]>
A) I don't think one can assume $5.2MM will be the maximum drawn on the $10mm PP
1)We have seen the effects of the PP on the share price already,as well as the dilutive effect.I see no reason at this time for the downtrend in price and the uptrend in shares to stop until conversion has been completed. You're guess is as good as mine if they will have to go back to the PP well and eventually draw the entire $10mm
There is no cap on the number of shares to be issued on conversion, more can and will be registered(IMO) to meet their contractual obligations to the PP holders if need be..
