Jim, the internets now make up plenty of the ndx and are held by mostly weak hand day traders. Was reading Pring today, he used a measure of AMEX volume to NYSE volume ratio to indicate increased trading in lower quality issues as an indicator of speculative tops, think you can use the nasdaq today, also he indicated that less than 20% of major market tops have peaked both price and volume coincidentally in the past 100 years. bb
