Thanks for the detailed post. Some of the terms went over my head, so I skipped to the last sentence which said it all. <g> Question is, does this reflect in current stock price. Or is it not relevant until the price approaches the trigger? In which case it may act a wall of resistance. I tell ya, I need a good book on warrants, convertables and strategies for the like. GF
