Kenneth Starr was appointed by the Justice Department to investigate "Ol' Slick" and all of his supposedly criminal activities. Starr just did his appointed job. Yes,Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives but the Democrat crony system assured a hung jury in the Senate from the start. If you want to look for political cronyism and corruption in the entire governmental system, look to Clinton, Shumer, Boxer, et.al.
