Look, only an idiot would expect a company spokesperson to answer those questions and your friend is no idiot, so one would then suspect that he was grandstanding, i.e. trying to one-up the Ascend person or show how technically proficient he is (as with the number of pins) or whatever.

The point is he was trying to get a rise out of the Ascend spokesperson or to get into a debate or whatever. Given the likelihood of any sort of response that was pointless in the extreme and I said as much. Turn the tables around and think of pointed questions one might ask of USRX (work at it if you have to); what likelihood is there of getting any sort of post much less a reply to those questions? He should have quit after the "gacious"thank you, IMO and I said so. Sorry you have a problem with that.
