jlallen, perhaps you heard about Marv Alpert. He was indicted for consensual sodomy here a couple of years back. It really doesn't matter that there haven't been many prosecutions. All cannabis growing charges are 'intent to distribute' here. I heard about a case where a couple was charged after their house was burglarized, and in searching for the burglar 6 plants were discovered in a closet. Hardly 'dealer weight'. As a matter of fact, that cuts out the dealer. Regardless, I wouldn't convict anyone for purely consensual activity. You haven't commented on the Zenger case.
