Toni & Ron,

My guess would be that a press release is about to come out which announces the inception of production at High Island, and which updates us on the two other offshore wells that are currently drilling. I believe at least the first of these wells should be at total depth by now.

I never did get my bid at $.875 filled. Looks like its time to climb the ladder on this one if I want more stock. I wonder if the company can somehow go back to Nasdaq now that the stock looks like it will stay over $1 and see if they can get reinstated on the Nasdaq Small Caps.

Ron, on the concerns about related parties, remember that the SEC requires full disclosure of all related party transactions. Given that they did not identify a related party in connection with the High Island financing it is safe to say there was no related party involved.
