re:C.ekp .. phnpi .. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
IF... 10% is for $250,000 cash, then 100% should be worth $2,500,000, right? option 30% of that is $750,000 and for 700,000 shares... ~~ translates into approx $1.07 per share of ekp??
Although, the article mentions a reserve price of $1.50 to exercise that option of 700k shares,it doesn't put a time frame with it.
I'd bet yorkton will want their reserved $1.50 price to get their $85,000 fee right away, and you will see some pumped up prices to get there before the 14 days are up. Or - can they just get it say, before or after the markets open/close?
Just my thoughts ... Although they have been cluttered up with personal tax return deadline (Jun15th) and other work-related deadlines, so perhaps I see only the figures instead of the overall picture.
Anyway, I was wondering if anybody had thoughts for the upcoming week on trading t.mbt? What do the charts say? I've been looking for an entry point .. for mid-term and daytrades.
Thanks. Take care. HART |
