Doug, I was never sure about the exclusivity of Brocade's OEM contract with Dell. Thanks to Roy's surprising post containing the Dell/Brocade agreement URL, I now am. Whewww!!!! Here is the specific clause: "19.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Dell, DCC or any of DCC's Affiliates or subsidiaries from purchasing or obtaining products similar to the Products from any other supplier, including competitors of BROCADE." It's as I thought, but I was a little worried that Brocade may have talked em into a one year exclusive. So the above, coupled with HP's exclusive McData contract running out at the end of the year means that a whole lot is still up for grabs either now or in the near future. Craig
