Russia pushed to the brink of conflict with the U.S., which only helps build anti-U.S. sentiment and aids old-school Communists. And Slobby Milosevic, a brilliant politician, taking advantage of every opportunity to consolodate his power, carry out his regime of ethnic cleansing, and cover up the evidence before he "agreed" to a peace plan. Face it, this conflict turned into one big mess from the very beginning. Thank God it's over now. I'm not going to blame Clinton for this mess, but it sure seems like trouble follows him wherever he goes. Tenchusatsu
