It's so ironic that you would spend all this time trying to damage my credibility when many have told you that what I have to say is irrelevant to the performance of the EDIG stock price. And I agree. The stock price is what is important to the readers of this thread… not Walter Morton. You are boring all of us.
It is as if you believe I have posted something that has caused the stock price to go up sooner than you expected and ruined your chances of buying more EDIG at a lower price. But we all know I don't have any influence on EDIG's stock performance.
So, why spend all of this time bashing me instead of talking about EDIG? You don't really believe anybody believes that all of you are such spoiled brats that you won't stop whining until you read my personal email, do you? You insult the intelligence of those who read this thread… those who are not part of the Machine. And you bore us with your childlike reasoning and misquotes. It's not even funny.
So as usual, when you go off on one of these Walter Morton bashing tirades, I ask myself what post(s) is (are) the Machine trying to hide on another page so the late comers won't read it (them)?
While you spend a lot of time talking about my email from Ness (that I will not post), I believe that is just a smoke screen. So, what could it be?
I believe it is the Rio interview. Here are some of the reasons why I believe this:
Usually when there is a positive rumor going around about EDIG, the Machine jumps on the bandwagon… No. They pull the bandwagon and wait for us (real people) to jump on. James usually posts later… after all of the hoopla. He either endorses the rumor or classifies it as mere speculation (in his kingly, overseer style). And on those rare occasions when they are beating the stock down he seems to post what seems to be a signal that seems to stop the Machine: Message 10057491 .
When I posted that Ness seemed to have just made a mistake when he mentioned e.Digital and Sony in the same paragraph I expected an all out attack., but no attack – just reasonable disagreement. Normally, Kerry and friends would have bashed everybody who tried to dismiss this great rumor. So, you could imagine how shocked I was when Kerry later almost agreed with me (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=10069943 ).
But even more shocking was the Machine's reaction to Wendy's “no comment” statement about the Sony/EDIG relationship. I was bewildered that only Joe agreed with me that “no comment” meant yes. And there was no bandwagon being pulled by the Machine to promote the idea that “no comment” meant “yes.” Normally, the Machine would have promoted this idea for days.
When I brought up the idea that Lucent was mentioned in the Rio interview as a company with which Rio is working. It was posted that, just because Lucent is working with Rio doesn't mean EDIG is also. WOW! What's up with that? When I make statements like that I am attacked by the Machine (and later James posts his approval of the assault). There was no attack – just a smart remark by one person. While EDIG isn't involved in every Lucent project, the Machine's response was still very atypical!
The relationship that I speculated about between Lucent and Rio after Rio mentioned a new format, audio, etc. The Machine ignored it! Instead they chose to rant and rave about an email message that they will never see (from me) and deliberately misquoted me on an unimportant and unrelated issue on another discussion boards.
So, why has the Machine not taken advantage of these opportunities to speculate about the positive possibilities that have arisen in the last few days?
Hmmm…
Did the Machine believe that this news would increase the price too much?
Did the Machine want the price to fall?
Does the Machine expect news soon?
Does the Machine want to buy at a lower price before any news releases?

Perhaps this weekend's Walter Morton bashing is a response to my ominous post: Message 10088938 I guess the Machine figures it should get a jump on the Walter Morton bashing before I start to analyze the news in more detail. You see, I have this bad habit of mentioning both the good and bad things that affect EDIG. For a Machine that has been told many times that my views are irrelevant to the stock price, I must ask why so much effort?

Obviously, I don't have a clue as to the motives of the Machine.
P.S. I apologize to the Raging Bull board. Saying that the Raging Bull board only posts crap is as ridiculous as presuming that everybody on this thread is part of the Machine. I'm sure the Machine or another Machine is active on both boards. That doesn't mean everybody is part of that Machine. My experience with RB is only the BS that the Machine posts to this thread. Most of the recent posts have not been bad at all.
I would be very surprised if the Machine posts this to another board.
