As one of the sponsors of MP3 Summit '99, INTERVU will provide all of the Internet audio and video delivery solutions for the event.
INTERVU also manages and delivers downloadable MP3 files through its partnership with Artist Direct's flagship music property UBL.COM (The Ultimate Band List). UBL.COM is a comprehensive music resource on the Web featuring extensive links to artist content and biographies, MP3 downloads, an online store, and much, much more. INTERVU AUDIENCE is downloadable from www.mp3.com/summit .
Internet users who tune in to watch INTERVU's Webcast of MP3 Summit '99 will have the opportunity to watch and listen to keynote speeches and panel discussions given by today's hottest players and biggest influencers in the digital music industry.

"As a platform-agnostic solutions provider, we continue to strongly support all major formats including the MP3 file format," said Ed Huguez, chief operating officer of INTERVU. "MP3.com continues to provide us with exciting digital music projects that allow us to combine our streaming media solutions with digital downloads creating a compelling marketing tool that has the power to attract more Internet users to our customers' Web sites."
To keep the momentum going after the summit, SpinRecords.com, an online digital and traditional music distribution company, is hosting an MP3 Summit "After Party" at the Rock Bottom Brewery in San Diego. The event features a seven-hour live concert given by seven local bands. SpinRecords.com is tying into the theme of the summit with its dedication to the independent and underground music scene. The company is striving to be the number one resource for new and maturing artists and their fans and has plans to provide all types of services as a farm-label to the unsigned, undiscovered artists and bands. INTERVU will Webcast this event to the SpinRecords.com Web site. End users who watch the Webcast will have the chance to win free downloads of songs in the MP3 format that will be made available through the INTERVU Network.
