Working to get what I can from the early "street view". Don't know if that will come in before the open, but the stock looks down 10% right now.

If it goes down more, or stay down for a long time, it's telling me WS doesn't like the deal.

In any event, the fuse is lit, and the deal with GBLX is supposed to close this week. I don't think we'll have to wait too long to find out of this is going to happen.

I wonder that "IF" it doesn't happen, QWST stock will go back up ST, but how does that affect the LT prospects. Then, they might become the acquisition target again, or what do they do for new customers if they stay independent? Does WCOM buy them?

Frank, David, Mark? Any ideas?
