Has anyone else noticed the large blocks on VIAS going off before the bell over the past week? Do you think it's insider buying or institutional? If someone knows, please share. I'm hoping for a buyout at this point, but maybe it's just wishful thinking. Anyway, someone's buying large blocks of shares. 15K showing traded before market today. Crusader
