Some of the rats have decided to leave the ship. What I see at Novell in management is chaos. The company cannot afford chaos just as it cannot afford gauze heads. It has plenty of gauze heads like scott (he is probably sleeping). The function of a new CEO is to clean out the cobwebs. If we get a CEO already in this industry with an agenda then we get immediate action. No learning curve needed. The guy brings in his own management team and chucks this one overnight. They all gotta go.
