I know I will never invest in any company that these officers were a part of. In my opinion,they did everything wrong in the handbook of how to run and finance an upstart company. I'm glad I never put any money in this company. I feel badly for my friend, though who left a very good job with great benefits to work for USDI and now has no job at all.
