Before installing Livelink, Kinko's relied on a mail and paper-based corporate distribution system. This system involved each Kinko's branch mailing information, such as updated phone directories or safety manuals, to corporate headquarters. The information would then be compiled into a weekly company report and mailed to each branch around the world. With Livelink, this same process takes place
electronically, significantly increasing delivery speed of the information and eliminating the costs of printing and mailing reports worldwide.
