You're absolutely correct. I completely forgot to connect the dots. And I bet the market hasn't either - yet. CUBE has basically completely won Time Warner and the stock sits down at an earnings multiple less than the S&P 500. CUBE should be trading at a multiple similar to AT HOME or Broadcom's.
