Insider selling:
Bill S sold 467,950 shs.
Crowley sold 82,750 shs
Cline sold 15,000

All sales was from 5/3/99 thru 6/1/99.

I spoke to the company and it is for various reasons amongst which tax reasons is one as Bill and Bruce took stock in leu of cash but still need to pay tax. Cline was just married (poor guy) and now have surrendered the check book to Mrs. Cline.
