AHP already has a monopoly on Premarin so owning DRMD wouldn't change that. The FDA might insist on dumping the Premarin at some point but I don't see how anti-trust could enter into this. If you recall another drug, Seldane, was dumped by the FDA when the same company came out with a better drug. Many companies have cornered the markets for certain drugs, anti-trust wouldn't be a factor IMO.
