Another point, whether or not they reverse there is still the issue of over 10% ownership by certain companies that did the converts. Now they would have to file 13d's but normally they shy away from that type of thing so look for the stock to get liquid and their positions be lowered before they would have to file. They have 60 days after they convert to file that they have a control block. So two things might happen, 1) the stocks starts to trade heavy volume (may or may not go up) and 2) They would move the price up and convert right under the 10% ownership and save the problems. Of the two, look for the volume and the dumping to get under the 10%. It's funny to think that people who did some converts and put in only $250,000 own more stock than any of the McFools.
