PCNTF continues to grow. Of course, the mood the mkt. is in right now, AOL could offer $300 for it, and the stock wouldn't budge.

<<SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--Pacific Internet Ltd. (PCNTF) of Singapore said Monday it will acquire Australia's Internet service provider, Zip World Pty. Ltd.

The acquisition comes hot on the heels of the acquisition of the business of another Australian Internet service provider, Mira Networking Pty. Ltd., last month by the Nasdaq-listed company.

The acquisition of both Internet service providers is expected to boost Pacific Internet's Australian operations and expansion into the Asia Pacific region, it said.

"The acquisition of Zipworld in Sydney complements our recent acquisition of Mira in Melbourne," Chan Wing Leong, chairman of Pacific Internet, said. "The combination will give us a forward presence ahead of the launch of Pacific Internet in Australia."

Pacific Internet is planning to launch its Australian operations by end-July and expects to acquire more "quality" Internet service providers in the near future, it said.>>
