perhaps timing of purchases left to third party who does not have access to current quarter data. You may be right about that---maybe broad instructions are given. However, i bet their agent also knows of some of their strategic plans --maybe with regular updates. Who knows? Maybe someone else can clarify this for the both of us. BTW--the dominant companies are holding up pretty well--MSFT, INTEL, Cisco.
